The condo looked like it did online in the pictures and the location to the beach and beach club was great. However, it didn’t feel very clean and we fought bugs the whole week. The maintenance staff came in with some traps and bug tape for drain flies but it didn’t help much. Overall we still had a good week, but wouldn’t stay there again.

Zero stars!

It was not clean. We vacuumed the dirty floors and carpets. Cleaned sand off of kitchen counters. Could not use one of the bedrooms due to strong urine smell. Toilet seat in one bathroom was broken.

Nice Condo!

We had a great stay. Nice condo with a well equipped kitchen. No grill which was a minus. Had to call the property manager about an issue with television...very prompt response. Great pool right at the beach with a nice restaurant and small bar. Easy golf cart ride from condo. Needs a new clothes dryer is the only negative!

Great family space

Space was great for a large family. We all had our own rooms with our own bathrooms. Beds were all comfortable (one queen bed’s frame was broken which made it super noisy and hard to sleep, but mattress was comfortable). Room to spread out. Back deck was a nice space to take a break from the sun. Kitchen was well equipped. Location isn’t far from the beach or town, but we would have rented a golf cart if the people at vacasa would have answered any questions we sent to them to make sure we could charge or house a golf cart. If you do rent, get a gas golf cart. There is no where to charge an electric one. All in all, we would rent this unit again.

Great Stay!

Our stay at the property was very good. We did try to have a call with the property management agency and a call ticket was put in, but no call was received. Other than that the place was great and we loved the fact we could have our dog with us.

Short trip to ocean

Nice condo. Walking distance to beach. Quiet area (April). Construction going on around us- but really didn’t hear them. 4 good size bedrooms. 4 full baths. Dining area - stools are dated (no cushion left).

Family beach vacation

Property was spacious and had all we need. It is not a luxury property but we were satisfied. Actually not as far from the beach as stated. Loved the porch space and furniture! Thanks for a good week at your place!
