Welcome to Sea Hunt—an oceanfront getaway at 306 East First Street in beautiful Ocean Isle Beach. This classic five-bedroom, three-bathroom beach house offers direct ocean views, plenty of space for families, and all the essentials for a relaxing coastal vacation.

On the ground level, you’ll find a private bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, cooled by a window A/C unit. Upstairs on the main level, there are four more bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms. The two oceanfront bedrooms include a king bed in one and a queen in the other, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The two street-side bedrooms each feature a double and a twin bed, making them ideal for kids or extra guests.

The main living area is bright and open, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats eight, and additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. Step outside to the oceanfront porch and relax in the rocking chairs as the ocean breeze rolls in—your front-row seat to sunrise and surf.

Amenities include central heat and air on the main level, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, DVD player, blender, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. The home also features convenient keyless entry for easy check-in.

Please note: this home does not include an outlet for golf carts. Pillows and bedspreads are provided, but guests should bring their own sheets, towels, paper products, and soaps.

All rentals are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
