Gas Pool Heat: $150/day during peak and off-season



When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.



Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.

The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. Extremely clean

This is one of, if not the nicest homes we have stayed in at the beach. Everything looks brand new and cant say enough about how clean it was, inside and out. The pool area is great, the gas grill adds to it. It was our first time at Ocean Isle and im pretty sure its now a family favorite. The golf cart made getting around on the island easy, especially trips to the beach. You can walk to the beach in a couple minutes or ride the golf cart 30 seconds. Perfect location and perfect house. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking

Wonderful week

The house was incredible, beautiful and clean. The location of the house was perfect, we had a view of the ocean and were literally just 1 block from the beach. The house was a brand new construction and we were the 1st renters in the property. We had a few kinks (tv's weren't hooked up, water wasn't turned on for the fridge or washer, elevator did not work, and a few necessary kitchen items were missing), but the property manager was wonderful and attentive. When we reported these items, they addressed them right away. So, we were able to break in the property and make sure everything was in good working order. The customer service we received from the 1st day of booking the rental until our last day was exceptional. We highly recommend Stellar Rentals and would visit again.

Perfect home in the perfect location

The home was beautiful! Well stocked and super clean. Plenty of beach supplies available (chairs, boogie boards, etc.). The pool was a nice size and outdoor shower had hot and cold water. The elevator was very helpful. Great pantry and spacious fridge and freezer. The only thing that could have been better was the keypad wasn’t working upon arrival (which is not uncommon at the beach apparently)and there was no key left in the box. The property was open when we arrived but when we called the property management company about it they had a key brought to us right away. It was very close to the beach access which did not have stairs which was important for us as we were to be traveling with family who required a beach wheelchair. Definitely the quiet end of the island. Will definitely plan to book again in the future.

Overall very nice

The property was new, well-appointed, clean and close to the beach. Everything the listing suggested. We enjoyed our stay there and would return. A few suggested improvements (though not enough to lose a star): Most houses we've stayed in have a book with all of the relevant info printed out (linen instructions, trash day, local venues, recycling, elevator instructions, etc.). It would've been good to have one here. I was the only one with all of the information and it was spread across multiple emails, so not easy to find or share. A few other small things: We did not get enough hand towels for every bathroom, the entry code they sent us was incorrect so we had to use the lockbox and then get a hold of the property manager and the host was kind of slow to respond to questions.

Our vacation with adult children and grandchildren

The house itself was lovely and six adults and two small children fit perfectly without being on top of each other. There are pool toys, beach chairs. The golf cart was awesome and so helpful! We were a bit disappointed that there were no games (there was Yahtzee, but no dice) and a big Jenga, but not even a deck of cards for adults. There were no spices, not even salt and pepper, for cooking. (We left ours that we purchased - you're welcome.) Only ONE coffee K-cup was provided. Might as well been zero. ONE dishwasher tab (again, we left extras), no dishwashing soap. Stingy on the paper towels, toilet paper, etc., but that was stated ahead of time so we were prepared. Seemed like an awful lot of "fees" for very little staples provided. Overall a great trip, very nice house! A few more extras as noted would have made it spectacular!
