1.) We were forced to wait to take possession of the property. Check in is 4:00pm. Cleaning crew wasn't done. The stopped at 4:25. We had to wait in staggering heat and humidity after our 6.5hr trip instead of relaxing in the A/c of our property. A three year old belonging to one of the cleaners was running around unsupervised. The next morning while unpacking we discovered crumbs and wrappers in one of the dressers. While retrieving my phone from under the sofa, we discovered more old food and wrappers from under the sofa and love seat. The screened in porches had never been cleaned and vacuumed. In the Jack and Jill main floor bathroom door we found an old dried up urine stain. Where the main door is was stacked 3 large bags of dirty laundry from the cleaning service. These could have been left downstairs next to the trash cans. Per VACASA we were supposed to have been given a free pool pass to the community pool. The rental manager refused and told us to pay for it or you don't get it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AND PROPERTY MANAGER.

Great location for a quiet getaway. Close enough to everything. The activity center was closed due to renovations when we were there. (Didn't know that until after we booked) Very spacious.

Beach thanksgiving
We had a wonderful stay with family. House was clean, location was excellent. There were a couple of electrical issues. The socket didn't work in the bathroom in the lock out unit and the oven wouldn't stay on.
