This beautifully decorated home is ready for a relaxing stay or you can use it as a base for those who feel more adventurous. The house is positioned within a short walk to the beach, or if you would prefer, a short drive to the patrolled surf beach of Ocean Grove or the clam waters of the Barwon River. Ocean Grove is serviced by two large shopping centres, including both of the major supermarkets, and both are within a pleasant walk or drive away.

Enjoy the Sunday markets in Ocean Grove or at one of the neighbouring towns.
With a short drive you can find yourself at the water adventure park ,a nice way to cool down and have fun with the kids, or try one of the mini golf parks. You can participate in surf lessons, try skydiving or any of the other attractions Ocean Grove and the Bellarine peninsula area has to offer.

Beach House on Marlin comprises, 2 large living areas. A large lounge room with comfortable couches, is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. This room has a TV and Blue-ray player with stereo sound bar. There are some family games and dvd's provided. We have just had installed a large split system air conditioner to this room, which will keep you cool on the hottest of summer days and warm on chilly winter nights. Direct access to a large central private courtyard is through glass sliding doors.

The second sitting area is in the kitchen / dining area, the hub of the home. Here you will find a comfortable couch and two comfortable chairs. There is also a day bed in the bay window to take in the newly landscaped gardens. Enjoy a glass of wine while dinner is being made in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining table can seat 8 people, but can be extended to comfortably seat up to 12!!!!!!!.

The large private courtyard has easy access from both of the living rooms. There is a lounge sitting area, a timber outdoor dining table capable of seating 10 or more people. A large stainless steel 4 burner 'Beefeater' BBQ with wok burner and canopy is there for you to cook up a feast. A Bali Hut provides a supplementary covered area for you to sit back and enjoy the out door space. You might not ever want to leave.

A newly renovated central bathroom with shower and bath is conveniently located in the center of the home. There is a separate toilet.

The house has recently undergone a renovation and we have added a new luxurious en-suite with a large shower and double vanity basins. A separate toilet completes the en-suite and there is the added bonus of a walk in robe. Also in the last twelve months we have completely painted the house to keep it looking fresh and new.

The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a weekend get away or an extended holiday.

We have flexible bedding, so we can accommodate singles/couples etc. There is a bed/settee in the sitting room.

BEDROOM 1: One Brand new King size bed with all seasons doona and quality cover
BEDROOMS 2 & 3: Brand new King size split beds so either use as queen or split for two singles. With all seasons doonas and quality covers.
BEDROOM 4: One set of bunks (two single beds). With all seasons doonas and quality covers.

All of the bedrooms are located away from the street to ensure a good nights sleep. Drift off to sleep while you listen to the surf in the back ground.

All beds are provided with doonas and pillows. We provide all bed linen and bath towels for your stay. We will contact you prior to your stay to discuss how you would like the bedrooms set up. The only thing you will need to supply are your beach towels.

Off street parking is provided in a double carport and there is a bus stop close by.
