The house is situated close to Ocean Grove Marketplace, and The Terrace shopping precinct, with plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries, breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is a great day out with the kids - just 10 mins drive away.

Getting Around:
Ocean Break Away is only 500m to an unpatrolled Surf Beach, and easy walking/riding distance to parks and the local shop. On and off-street parking available. 1.2km to Ocean Grove Marketplace Shopping Centre, and 2km to The Terrace main shopping strip.
