"You really can't ask for a better location for a vacation home. The golf cart provided gives you ease of access to the beach, golf, fitness center, and much more. There was more than the listing even had on it that were so nice. 4 adult beach cruisers, 1 kids bike, 4 folding chairs for backyard or beach, fire pit, and tree swing. Beth was easy to communicate whenever we had a question and quickly resolved. Would stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay. The place was beautifully clean and upgraded and new. All amenities available. Great golf cart for getting around. Although fits 5 adults/ teens at a push. The bikes were great. But only 2 adult bikes. So bring more if more adults in your party (2 tiny kid bikes too). You could walk to resort / tennis / boathouse etc. lovely screened in deck. Definitely a beautiful spacious place for our family of 5. Thank you!"

"This is a really nice efficiency. Very clean, right next to the parking lot, a couple of minutes to walk on the beach. There is a full fridge and stove, kitchen is stocked and we made most meals. The welcome packet was very helpful as well, explained the amenity cards and the area, suggested several options for food and shopping, etc. The beach is quiet like back several years. Just driving the island is quite beautiful and plenty of wildlife. We hung with deer and a couple of large gators. Great communication when I had a couple of easy questions. Sunrise just up the way at Hunting Island was incredible."
