I didn’t realize that my husband and I couldn’t get to the living area due to a steep spiral staircase. I assumed there was another way inside. The host sent 2 links the day we were supposed to check in which I was not able to open. Her response to any inquiries was days later. I asked if we could be refunded but she said I would need to contact VRBO. Will we get a refund?

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Anne's Place. Great location, view, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive to my questions during the booking process. Check-in was easy and we enjoyed having access to a larger kitchen. We were there for a family event and I was able to prep some of the ingredients in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Listing was very accurate.
