We got our reservation through HOTELS.com and arrived at the check-in time (3:00pm) to find out room was not ready and would not be for another hour. The staff was very professional and courteous. We had to leave for a volleyball tournament and was unable to check-in until after 8:00pm. The room had a "100% Smoke Free" sticker on the doorknob, but upon entering, we could immediately sense the stale smell of smoke and must in the room. We looked for any other option for us to stay where my wife's allergies were not affected, but the area was sold out due to the local volleyball tournament. We opted to stay, and I was told that was indeed a non-smoking room by the night staff. The room also had several scratches and scuff on the floor by the dresser. Some of the wood tiles were warped and shrunk from water. The lobby was very pleasant.
