The hair dryer was practically broken - made lots of noise, smelled like it was burning and barely dried my hair. There were a few bits of flooring chipped, and a hole in the wall where the hinge of the door broke through and I had to kill a few bugs/roaches but it is Florida...Slightly musty/used to be a smoking room type smell.

Alright,... The security aside, The front desk staff is generally cool with me. The rooms are clean. The pool is attended to. You have some expected maintenance upcoming, for the most part in the bathrooms,... Exhaust fans , bathtub drains and shower curtain mounts. Oh and you might want to address updating 3rd lock on the top of the Guests room doors.

Nice but Musky smell

The service was really good! The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel was clean but did have a musky smell. The unlimited coffee was nice but having breakfast would have definitely made it better. Will definitely stay again if im ever in the area.

The stay was really good. The room was clean and large, the bed was huge… lol One issue, and I did not bring it up to the front desk, I had no hot water. I stayed for 5 nights, the water was not hot at all. I stayed in 303. I would certainly stay there again..
