Great stopover on the way home. Bed was very comfortable. Walls are a little thin or else loud neighbors next door. Great water pressure for shower time. Staff was very friendly. Check out the Hacienda Mexican restaurant next door. Great food.

The first room we were assigned was smelling mold badly, the toilet was not clean from previous guests, toilet tank was not refilling, there also was a stain on the linens. The evening manager helped us as best she could, she changed the room, & even swept the carpet by the hallway at this second room -cause it was visibly dirty. The second room was clean but overall neither the beds nor the pillows were comfortable. We understand this was a last minute pick, but there's absolutely nothing that deserves an 8 on this establishment.

Three issues: (1) soda and milk where in the refrigerator left by a previous guest. (2j security chain on room door is broken. (3) TV was not connected to cable or WiFi, therefore, I could not watch anything on the TV. Also, it should be stated on the website that a $100 deposit is due at check in.

I loved this place. The staff were so patient with me when I lost my vehicle keys and all my info was in the vehicle at rainbow springs. They were so helpful. The place was very clean. The ice Machine was messed up on the first floor but the second floor one worked great.

Our room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as it should. It's a great room for the price. I only gave it four stars because even though it's not right next to I-75, there still is quite a bit of noise from the street outside. And there's no breakfast offered, just coffee.

The room was in poor condition. Stained ceilings, chipped flooring, doors coming apart, musty smelling and the A/C ran constantly even though I didn’t adjust the temp. The staff was great and the lobby was decorated so cute for Christmas. The bed itself was clean and comfortable but The price for a hotel in this condition should not be nearly $300 for 2 nights.

The room was ok for $54.. but I would not pay more then $60 a night for these rooms.. Rooms are outdated! But you get what you pay for!! The girl who works from 3-11 is rude… I tried calling to check on my reservation and she continuously put me on hold- just very rude.. 11/13/2025 9-11ish
