We love pets and welcome most dogs with prior approval! To help us maintain a

safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please note the following:



* A **standard pet fee of $50 per stay** applies.

* **Certain dog breeds require prior approval** and may be subject to an additional deposit or may not be permitted due to insurance restrictions. These include, but are not limited to:

* Pit Bull Terriers (including American Staffordshire Terriers)

* Rottweilers

* Dobermans

* German Shepherds

* Mastiffs

* Chow Chows

* Akitas

* Alaskan Malamutes

* Presa Canarios

* Wolf-dog hybrids

* All pets must be house-trained and not left unattended in the home unless crated.

* **Guests are required to clean up after their pets in the yard using doggy waste bags.**

* Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by pets.
