The room had the worst smell in it smelled like a dirty shoe to the point I walked out of there and didn't go back after sitting in the room for an hours I couldn't take it no more and walked out the room and stayed in my truck. The room had hair and chip crumbs on the beds, had no towels in the room. Total waste of money sense I didn't use it for nothing but a shower that I couldn't even dry off after taking.... This is why the post no refunds on the internet because they know people will want one as soon as they see what they have to stay in.. not happy at all and will be requesting a refund

Hello Good morning I got to the motel and there was not any room available they bad service I had to go to different hotel and wait for refund and 2 days they don’t have any hotel management experience it looks like they only service there people I will never go back to hotel never I give this place 1 star.

The room was ready but wasn’t actually ready. Walls were nasty, shower was dirty, the tv wasn’t working. I had to buy bleach spray to clean the room. Towels was a horrible thing to get. No sheets to be changed. Clerk wasn’t help. Just horrible. But you get what you pay for! Just don’t stay here !

The room was not clean. There were roaches coming from behind the tv. Writing on the walls and a leak under the the sink. It’s supposed to be no smoking but the neighboring room had ppl smoking and the smell coming through the wall. Shantell and JP made it better by being professional and friendly.

Clerk gave me a room key that has people already in them causing me to walk in on them. He then gave me another key without any apology at all. I checked out 30 minutes after. I couldn’t sleep with a peace of mind knowing anyone could walk in on me at any moment.
