Stay here when I can!

I travel a lot. I always bring a Swiffer mop and bleach for the bathtub or shower.. It wasn't needed here. Their pool has been down for months, which I feel should show on their website.

The propeery is a good place to stay for the value. Howe ee the pool had been broken for over a month and I paid extra for a poolside room and they didn't make any accommodations for the pool being broken. Housekeeping now cleans 2 times a week and they didn't do anything other than remove towels and only replace them one time. Didn't change the sheets or make the bed

Would have been better if the pool would not have been under renovations. This is the second hotel in the same area I stayed at with the same issue. I would suggest doing renovations during the cooler months, in the future.

I booked this hotel for the pool, hot tub, washer and dryer, and mini golf. When i arrive Im told the pool and hot tub are not usable. Huge let down. The mini golf is a joke. I try to use the washers( only 2) but both are broken. One washers water wasnt working, the other wouldnt close and the screen wasnt malfunctioning. I had to go to a laundromat. Theres also poop streaks on the wall in the bathroom. The lady working when i checked in has a sailor mouth. She was not professional. Huge inconvenience, terrible service, highly disappointed. I give this place -5 stars
