Unfortunately, I didn’t feel the price reflected the overall quality of the stay. The property didn’t feel very clean throughout, and for a non-smoking hotel, there was a noticeable smell of stale cigarettes in several common areas. The breakfast selection was limited, and our hairdryer did not work. While staff allowed me to borrow one from another room, it wasn’t ideal. We also discovered in the middle of the night that the AC wasn’t working, which made the room uncomfortably warm. In the morning, the breakfast area again appeared somewhat unclean and lacked variety.

Cons: The night staff was not nice. The morning staff was kind. The room was pretty rough. One of the beds felt broken. The door handle had to be pulled up to open. The extra safety lock was broken. There was a stain on the carpet. The ac unit sounded like a jet engine. Pros: the morning staff was very kind and were dealing with customers who were very all about themselves. All that being said I would not recommend this hotel. While not a ton of choices, breakfast was good. You get what you pay for.

We were there for a quick overnight while traveling for the holidays. Night Auditor on duty was super friendly and helpful for a late-night arrival, room was clean and ready at check in, bed super comfortable and bathroom stocked. Nice hot breakfast with friendly staff - great stay overall.

The comfort inn was fine. My complaint is with Expedia. During the online checkin process I was shown seventy nine dollars worth of credits that would be applied to the purchase. I activated the button on the screen to do so. I was shown that I would be charged twenty one dollars for the room and eleven dollars for the taxes. However when I checked in I was charged to my credit card the full cost of the room at one hundred and ten dollars. I find this practice to Fraudulently entice me to book the room through Expedia rather than get the SAME deal with the Comfort Inn if booked directly, to be Despicable ! I will surely think twice before booking ANYTHING with Expedia, in the future. I will be telling my friends (other retirees with $$$) about this Unscrupulous practice perpetrated by Expedia.
