Absolutely unacceptable stay. I found a roach in the bed, and the room had a musty, unpleasant odor. A hotel should be clean and comfortable, and this experience was neither. I would not recommend this property to anyone until management resolves these serious problems.

Mildew/Mold Problem

The room reaked of mold and mildew. Additionally, the duvet had a nasty stain on it. I’m not sure how this hotel has the strong reviews it does, but beware!

Cockroaches in the water

We had 3 rooms. Room 1 smelled like mold terribly. The table legs were covered in a white/grey mold. Room 2 water leaked from the bottom of the toilet. I can see where that could happen but the cockroach I found at 3 am while cleaning up toilet water was inexcusable! I talked with the assistant manager and got an Im sorry we will fix it.
