Welcome to our cozy apartments, which are perfect for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing break. These spacious accommodations offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. From now on, we also offer our guests a charging station for e-cars.
The apartment on the 1st floor of the new building area offers you a well-equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, a spacious living room and two bedrooms with a double bed each on approx. 125 m2. The apartment is suitable for occupancy by 4 people. If necessary, we will provide you with an extra bed for a 5th person.
The main house (we also call it "old building") has a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy farmhouse parlour, two smaller bathrooms, a modern living room and two bedrooms each with a double bed on approx. 100 m2. The apartment is spread over the first floor and the 1st floor. It is suitable for occupancy by 4 people.
A cot is available free of charge for smaller children on request.
The apartment has a spacious living room, two bedrooms and a kitchen.
There is also a large bathroom with shower and tub, as well as a separate guest toilet.
There are two free parking spaces and a wallbox for charging e-cars directly at the house.
You should plan check-in between 2 and 6 pm. Please contact me about 30 minutes before arrival so that I can receive you at the apartment.
Departure should be between 9 and 11 am. Guests will receive an invoice upon departure, which can be paid in cash or by card.
The apartment is ideally located for your perfect holiday on Lake Chiemsee. Just a short drive away from this idyllic Bavarian lake, you can enjoy the beauty of nature to the fullest. Stroll along the waterfront, rent a boat or simply relax on the shore and admire the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
The central location of the apartment also offers the opportunity for day trips to the vibrant cities of Munich and Salzburg. In Munich, you can discover the rich culture and history of the Bavarian capital, from the historic sights such as Marienplatz and Nymphenburg Palace to the modern attractions such as the BMW Museum and the Allianz Arena.
Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart, beckons with its picturesque old town, magnificent castles and rich musical tradition. Visit Mirabell Palace, walk through Hohensalzburg Fortress and enjoy a performance in one of the famous concert halls.
