Welcome to our cozy vacation apartments, which are perfect for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. These spacious accommodations offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. We now also offer our guests a charging station for electric cars.
The apartment on the first floor of the new wing offers approximately 125 m² of space, including a well-equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, a spacious living room, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests. If necessary, we can provide an extra bed for a 5th person.
The main building (which we also call the “old building”) has approximately 100 m² of living space, including a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy farmhouse-style living room, two smaller bathrooms, a modern living room, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The vacation apartment is spread across the first floor and the first floor. It is suitable for up to 4 guests.
A crib is available free of charge for small children upon request.
The apartment in the main building has a spacious living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom on the upper floor. On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen, a parlor, and another bathroom with a shower.
Free parking and a wallbox for charging electric cars are available right next to the house.
Please plan to check in between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please contact me about 30 minutes before your arrival so I can welcome you to the apartment.
Check-out should take place between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Upon departure, you’ll receive an invoice, which you can pay in cash or by credit card.
The vacation rental is ideally located for your perfect vacation on Lake Chiemsee. Just a short drive away from this idyllic Bavarian lake, you can enjoy the beauty of nature to the fullest. Take a stroll along the lakeside promenade, rent a boat, or simply relax on the shore and admire the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
The vacation rental’s central location also offers the opportunity for day trips to the vibrant cities of Munich and Salzburg. In Munich, you can discover the rich culture and history of the Bavarian capital, from historic landmarks such as Marienplatz and Nymphenburg Palace to modern attractions like the BMW Museum and the Allianz Arena.
Salzburg, Mozart’s birthplace, entices visitors with its picturesque Old Town, magnificent palaces, and a rich musical tradition. Visit Mirabell Palace, take a stroll through Hohensalzburg Fortress, and enjoy a performance in one of the famous concert halls.
