Villa Vita, Bright and Sunny Villa Located at Praia D'el Rey

Upon entering the villa, one arrives at a spacious entrance hall. Ahead of it lies the living and dining room, decorated in shades of sky blue and navy blue. From the living/dining room, three sets of French doors lead outside to the pool and garden. There is a large lawn area on each side of the villa, as well as a large terrace, built-in barbecue, and an outdoor dining table for six.

A bedroom with a double bed is located on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern, and a separate pantry has a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, there is a double bedroom decorated in white and navy blue. The room has an en-suite bathroom and French doors that lead to a large sunny terrace. The terrace is also accessible from the spacious master bedroom, which has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The villa will normally be prepared with a double bed on the first floor, two single beds on the first floor, and a king-size bed in the master bedroom. If necessary, the king-size bed can be split into two single beds. The room with two single beds can also be prepared with a double bed, so there is very flexible accommodation available.

Heating the pool, if needed, incurs an additional weekly cost.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are handled in person at our office, and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development featuring an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf enthusiasts, it's a perfect location, as three more golf courses are just minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing, in addition to the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal, excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to travel to and from the resort.
Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM.

Arrivals between 9 PM and midnight are subject to an additional fee of €25.

Arrivals after midnight are subject to an additional fee of €50.
