"This is a lovely hotel. We stayed in a Jr. Suite for 4 days while visiting family and our stay in this hotel was perfect, will stay again when visiting the area. The suite was spacious, clean, modern and in great condition. Bathroom was very large with a nice bear claw bathtub and a large walk-in shower. WiFi was available throughout the hotel. The free Parking was very convenient with two large parking lots right next to reception. Breakfast buffet was small but had everything you need and the quality of the food was outstanding. A plus was the coffee machine that could make any type of coffee you could want. We enjoyed the Latte Macchiato’s and Cappuccino‘s in the morning. The hotel is located in a beautiful wooded area with wonderful views and lots of paths to go exploring in the countryside. There was snow on the ground for our entire 4 day stay and the grounds were just beautiful. Highly recommended. "

"We stayed here for just 1 night on our way to our next week's stay on the Mosel. This hotel is very nice with nice friendly staff and a good choice of breakfast food and drink including free champagne with your breakfast. Lots of people there seemed to like a glass or two of the champagne but unfortunately for me riding our motorcycle drink and motorcycles don't mix so I had to give that one a miss as did my wife who is my passenger. The little town has many restaurants for eating out and good food seems to be everywhere all in all a great nights stay."

"The old Hotel Luise building is not well kept, it seems it has not been renovated for a long time. The room we had was really dated and at the end of the corridor, with glass panels surrounding the door, which led directly into the bathroom area, which basically gave no privacy since everybody on the floor could see inside. The room itself was clean, but had a damp smell probably due to the building not having been used for a while and not properly ventilated. The area is quiet, has nice park closeby, at night there is not much noise from the cars passing on the street. The breakfast was good, tasty food with plenty of choices. There is parking space available. Limited English at reception."
