This cozy holiday apartment is in a fantastic location in Oberstdorf, the southernmost municipality in Germany. It offers great accommodation at the foot of the Allgäu Alps for couples, families and adventurers traveling alone.

Included in the price is the summer mountain railway ticket, the use of the two e-bikes and the use of the private sauna.

The 45sqm 1-room apartment is located at garden level and has a spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, double bed (2.00x2.00), shower, sauna and a separate toilet. The toilet can be reached via the hallway.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, board games and a Senseo coffee machine. In winter, your car and your skis are covered in the garage, protected from snow.

Outside you will find a furnished west-facing terrace. Enjoy the evening sun to relax from eventful excursions in our beautiful Allgäu! Regardless of whether you reached the Nebelhorn casually by gondola or as an experienced mountaineer, we offer you the optimal holiday experience of adventure, rest and relaxation!

In summer, we provide you with a free mountain railway ticket for your entire stay. This allows you to use the mountain railways in Oberstdorf and the nearby Kleinwalsertal valley. You can find detailed information in the guest information folder on site.

130 kilometers of slopes, cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails await all enthusiastic winter sports enthusiasts. The ski pass for the Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal mountain railways allows you unlimited use of all lifts. You can easily get to every valley station by bus. The valley station of the Nebelhornbahn can be reached from our house in 15 minutes on foot.



Fresh rolls can be delivered daily.

Bed linen and towels are of course included in the price.

Bringing pets and smoking indoors are not permitted.



A video doorbell with a camera is installed at the entrance. It serves exclusively for security and organizational purposes.
