Chalet avec Piscine Obernai

30 km from Strasbourg, Obernai is the second most visited city in the Bas-Rhin.

Located in the heart of the wine route Obernai offers many tourist activities during the summer, and in winter, you must not miss the Christmas markets



This 150 m² duplex chalet is located in the heart of nature and the Alsace forest. You’ll be less than 10 minutes from the city center, shops and the tourist office.

On the main level:

A spacious living area with an open kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, classic Nespresso coffee machine, toaster) and a large table to share your meals.

Additionally, there is a bright living room with a television (a double sofa bed and two single beds) and open to the terrace.

You will have the option to dine indoors or in the garden on sunny days.

A bedroom with a double bed, storage space, and open to the terrace.

A bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, a washing machine, and a dryer.

A separate toilet.

Upstairs:

Two attic rooms, each with a double bed and storage space.

A bedroom with a double bed, storage, and a shower/sink area with a mirror.

A separate toilet.



An above-ground pool is accessible and heated from March 1 to September 30. The pool, with a depth of 1.50 meters, measures 8m by 4m.



You will have parking space available on the property.



The entire chalet will be yours. With the goal of making your stay as pleasant as possible:

The cleaning will be done,

The beds will be made with clean sheets,

Clean towels will be provided, as well as a bath mat for each bathroom and a dishcloth in the kitchen,

Free Wi-Fi connection.



A baby travel cot is available upon prior request (approved for a child under 3 years old and weighing less than 15 kg).



House rules:

This chalet, as well as the outdoor areas (including the nearby forest), is non-smoking. Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, or any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of an additional €250 cleaning fee.



Pets are not allowed.



Bed and bathroom linen, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen and a general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

However, it is your responsibility to clean and organize the dishes, take out the trash, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a “full cleaning” service for €60 before your arrival. If this option is not pre-booked, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, a €120 cleaning penalty will be charged.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be required through the Yaago platform after booking, along with the police registration information, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the individuals present during the stay does not match the reservation details, we reserve the right to refuse access to the property.
