Outside, the inn was pretty basic: a well-lit parking lot. But inside was perfect and exceeded our hopes. Our room was pristine and contained all the comforts: lots of plugs and places to charge phones and tablets. Clean very comfortable beds. Extremely clean bathroom in perfect condition, with nice soaps and shampoos. Lots of fresh towels. A good tv and well-placed lamps, and a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker (also extremely clean). Even the halls, entry, and check-in area were clean and neat. The breakfast was nice with lots of choices: biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles, eggs for people who were hungry, and good quality yogurt and small muffins for the people who wanted to eat light. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff said they were full and gave us a 3rd floor room and no elevator. She finally gave us a first floor with a door that was difficult to use. The hotel was clean, ok breakfast and convenient The hotel wasn't very full.

This is the ONLY place I would consider in Oberlin kansas. The facility is always clean, welcoming and comfortable. The staff is the best. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The free breakfast includes: scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, pastries and bread. As well as assorted cereals and yogurt. There is always hot coffee, you can relax with an ice cold bottle of beer to take the edge off of a long road trip.

The pillows were flat and hard. The breakfast was cold the eggs were hard. No bacon or sausage. No fresh fruit. Over all is was bad. No one was around to ask if they could put some fresh food out. I would not stay here again.

We were not able to check in until 3 AM in the morning due to inclement weather. Someone was there waiting for us. That was pretty awesome! The property is well maintained. The bed was very comfortable It’s a great location and hotel. Everybody was very nice and courteous and the breakfast in the morning is pretty amazing! I would definitely stay here again!

I love this place. I have stayed several times now, the staff is very welcoming, the property is always clean and the rooms and interior is always clean and freash. Honestly, this is the place to stay when in Oberlin, Kansas.
