This charming holiday home on a working farm in western Eifel offers a peaceful countryside escape near the German-Belgian border. De locatie is perfect voor natuurliefhebbers - dicht bij wandel- en fietspaden was een groot pluspunt voor onze familie, De kinderen vonden de boerderijdieren geweldig, vooral de pony's en konijnen, en de speeltuin hield hen urenlang bezig, De ruime keuken was goed uitgerust, wat het bereiden van gezinsmaaltijden een genot maakte, We genoten ook van de sauna na een lange dag van verkenning in de nabijgelegen Eifel Zoo en het Kasselburg Eagle and Wolf Park, Al met al was het een ontspannende uitje, en we kunnen niet wachten om terug te keren!

Wohnung selbst war ok, allerdings war es nicht wirklich ein klassischer Bauernhof wo man viele Tiere sehen oder sogar streicheln kann, sondern man hat nur von Weitem ein paar Schafe, Ponys und Gänse gesehen. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer war nicht sehr schön (direkt auf einen Müll-/Matschhaufen) und außerdem mussten wir einen relativ hohen Betrag an Stromkosten bezahlen (32 Euro für 2 Nächte, wovon wir einen Tag garnicht vor Ort waren). Da scheint uns was nicht ganz zu stimmen..die Zimmer selbst waren aber gut.
