Holiday Apartment 'Tannenblick 6-1' with Shared Garden, Balcony and Wi-Fi

We warmly welcome you to our quietly located holiday apartment 6.1 in Haus Tannenblick.



The apartment is situated in an exclusive southwest location in the health resort of Oberhof at over 820 m altitude with a view of the Rennsteig. The living area is 60 m² and suitable for up to 4 people. A balcony with outdoor furniture invites you to relax.



The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and smoke detectors are installed. An underground parking space with an e-charging station is available; use of the charging station is possible for an extra fee per stay. Please indicate this when booking.



Key handover is via a key safe, the code for which you will receive in advance. The key safe is located at the back of the pillar to the underground car park.



The location in Oberhof is ideal as a starting point for numerous activities such as cross-country skiing, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, climbing park, tennis, and mini golf. In the surrounding area you will also find thermal baths, a year-round cross-country ski hall, bobsleigh and luge track, downhill slope, bike park, ski jumping facilities, biathlon stadium, reservoirs, and plenty of nature.



Arrival is possible from 3 pm, departure until 10 am. Costs for heating, electricity, water, and an initial supply of bed linen and towels are included in the price. Final cleaning is included, but cleaning the kitchen and disposing of rubbish (possible in the underground car park) are the tenant's responsibility and not included in the final cleaning.
