Wohnung mit schönen Blick

Eine kleine Wohnung an dem nichts fehlte. Schöner Balkon mit tollen Blick über Oberaudorf. Sehr schöne Wanderwege. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

Bewertung Ferienwohnung Nr.9 Bergschlössel Oberaudorf

Die Lage des Objektes und die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Das ist aber fast das einzige, was man positiv über unseren Aufenthalt sagen kann. Die gemietete Wohnung Nr.9 war in einem sehr schmutzigen Zustand. Dieses reichte von Spinnenweben in Küche, schmutzigen Fußboden, gut sichtbarer Stau auf Möbeln, Fernseher, Radio u.s.w. WC und Bad entsprechen heutigen Standarts in keine weiße. Nachttischlampe sowie die Tür vom Nachtisch waren Defekt. Wir hatten die Unterkunft auch deswegen gebucht, weil eine Sauna Nutzung mit Angeboten wurde, die es aber seid der Pandemie nicht mehr gibt. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub, würde diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiter Empfehlen, geschweige noch mal Anmieten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Vermieterin war sehr nett, Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos. Die Ferienwohnungsanlage liegt direkt am Wald, also perfekt für Hundebesitzer;-) Die Eisdiele im Ort ist auch empfehlenswert*daumenhoch*

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr netter Empfang, toller Ausblick, super Lage. Was will man mehr. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Super Lage

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super und man hat einen tollen Blick über die Stadt und auf die Berge. Da die Ferienwohnung nach Westen geht hat man auch bei heißen Tagen eine kühle Wohnung. Die Größe und Aufteilung ist für zwei Personen super. Die Grundsauberkeit der Wohnung könnte besser sein (alte Spinnenweben, dreckige Stühle auf dem Balkon, Abfluss im Badezimmer, ....) außerdem ist sie teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und somit an der ein oder anderen Stelle renovierungsbedürftig. Aber dennoch hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.
