The room had everything we needed, it was quaint & convenient. The kitchen / breakfast setup was perfect for doing our own cooking and purchasing just what we needed - a few eggs. I look forward to staying again the next time I’m in Oban!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. I particularly liked being able to use the spacious communal kitchen with all its equipment. Only down side was the climb up several flights of stairs to the attic room. Next time I'll remember to request a room on a lower level.

The Guest house was good value with well stocked kitchen. My room was of a good condition and layout. The only issue I had was my shared bathroom was down one level requiring me to lick my room each time I used it. Overall great location, reasonable price, excellent staff.

If you reading the reviews, then please do not hesitate and BOOK NOW! The views across to the sea and the mountains are fantastic and the property is only a 15 mins walk from the ferry or the train station. Excellent bar but the accommodation is amazing. Lovely little en suite room with sea view and the cleanest bathroom ever. It is a big surprise to find a serve yourself breakfast dining room with an honesty box or pay in advance. Fantastic. Thank you to the staff, very helpful and friendly. BOOK RIGHT NOW!!

On checking in, the staff member was very helpful and carried our suitcases to the first floor for us. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Just a short walk from town so very convenient. Not so good, the extractor fan in the toilet was very noisy and went on for ages. The noise from the bar downstairs went on until very late.

Location is wonderful with a setting right on the waterfront. Community kitchen is likely helpful for many travelers. That being said, pay careful attention to whether you have a private bathroom in your room as not all do. We had issues with plumbing in our room that were not resolved during our stay. And bummed that we were told to have live music Fridays and Saturdays in the pub below but it wasn’t happening the Friday night we were there.
