Hot water took ages to appear night and morning.wifi was impossible despite many trips to office ( in the rain ).newly installed heater had no instructions to operate so had to resort to a bar heater. As I rely hugely on wi fi I would not stay there again.

The staff were friendly. The bed and kitchen were good. Shower was very small, toilet flusher stuck and water kept running so had to jiggle it each time. And this was apparently an upgrade as we chose a downstairs room. Also advertised as having a Restaurant on site 6 days a week- it was closed!!

I wasn't so sure about this place when we arrived but we ended up having a very nice stay here. The bathroom was huge. The master bedroom had a comfy beds and the heated mattress pad was outstanding! My friends were in the second bedroom and she didnt like that her bed was against an outside wall that she felt was chilly.
