The property enjoys a quiet position near the Oakura 4Square, restaurants, cafes, and specialty shops, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Just a minute's walk away is Butlers Reef, known for its fantastic summer music events and gigs.



Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by the owner's friendly little dog, always eager for a pat. The open-plan retreat is located at the bottom of the owner's home, featuring a separate entrance for great privacy.
