Centrally located-- 10 min drive to San Francisco, 0.7 miles to West Oakland Bart, 1.5 miles to Downtown Oakland, 2 miles to Jack London Square & Lake Merritt. All brand new amenities-- including dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, desks, king-size bed, and a comfy couch. Quiet and very well-insulated, perfect for working from home! Lovely backyard patio. Street parking is available directly in front of the house.
The Space--
A completely remodeled 1896 Victorian duplex in West Oakland. It is a beautiful historic building made out of Redwood. Located in the Prescott neighborhood with quiet & lovely neighbors. Walking distance to all that West Oakland has to offer. Walking distance to coffee shops, brunch spots, and lots to do outdoors. Happy to share more details on our favorite places nearby!
