Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This place did not match its description and was in a very torn down neighborhood with poor lighting and piles of trash not even 20ft from the front of the building. The place itself smelled intensely of weed which was horrible on my friends allergies. It also had a grungy and dirty appearance. The downstairs bathroom especially; it didn’t even have toilet paper nor a working toilet dispenser even if it did. The host was also a horrible communicator depsite having reached out to them multiple times to receive details on the check in process. In other words we ended up not staying at this booking leaving almost immediately after arriving. And VRBO did very little to help after we left and cancelled the booking in order to receive a refund or credit for the misrepresentation of the booking and for the safety and health concerns. Do not recommend this booking and I was disappointed in VRBO's handling of the concerns brought up about the booking.
