This is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom STUDIO unit in a two-story home, accessed by an exterior private entrance on the first floor. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom, a full kitchen, and dining area, . The home includes a well kept backyard with private decks for the other unit, while the backyard and patio are shared spaces if there is another renter at the time. Free street level parking is provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire downstairs studio unit, including all outdoor space aside from the private decks.



The backyard and furnished patio are shared with another on-site rental (main unit including the king bedroom downstairs). Free street level parking is included.



There is no access to the main unit or any locked owner closets.



Other Things to Note:

This is a downstairs Studio unit and requires going through a private exterior entrance through secured gate on the left side of the house.



The property includes another on-site rental as the main unit. It is completely separate from this unit, but there is a shared wall downstairs with a locked door leading to a hallway that is not accessible to this unit.



This is a quiet residential neighborhood—quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking, pets, parties, or unregistered guests are allowed.
