We booked a Double Queen room for two nights for our family of four. Our stay was comfortable, and we were pleased with the location and facilities. One area for improvement is the room’s lighting—it was quite dim, making it difficult to read a book without natural light from the window. While the room had a nice coffee table and two comfortable chairs, a desk or a luggage bench would have been a welcome addition.

Cove Creek Lodge is a beautiful property in an incredible location at Deep Creek Lake! One of the biggest highlights is being able to walk to several great restaurants and the popular Honi-Honi Bar for drinks, live music, and entertainment without ever needing to get in the car. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy mountain-lodge feel. The property itself is gorgeous, with beautiful grounds, a relaxing atmosphere, and a great outdoor pool. It's the perfect combination of a peaceful getaway and being close to all the action. Whether you're visiting for a couples' weekend, a family vacation, or a trip with friends, Cove Creek Lodge has so much to offer. The location alone makes it special, but the quality of the accommodations really sets it apart. Highly recommend!

We stayed over for a weekend and the property is newer and overall good. Beds are clean, bathroom is in the smaller side and bathroom door hits the toilet . Kitchenette is nice and well equipped however the utensils were dirty and hair was found on top of utensils. Outdoor areas are clean and well kept. On the flip side, there is no food available at the lodge, there is no room service, staff availability is none after 8pm so if you have noisy neighbors you are out of luck. The bar was closed, the televisions in common areas were off, nothing available for guests in terms of activities, entertainment, food or drinks. The place has lots of potential however, there seems zero effort from management to make it pleasant for guests. On a side note, pillows are hard and tall so bring your own. I ended up with neck pain and lower back. Overall clean and nice for location however you’ll be overpaying for a clean and bed.
