Wonderful home & walkable location

It was a joy to stay here. It had everything I needed for my almost week long stay in town for work. It was perfectly located in walking distance to the BART. Thank you for hosting me!

We had some difficulty checking in after a weather delay caused us not to get there until 3am but the host was incredibly responsive even in the early morning hours and did everything possible to help us access the apartment.The location was an easy 10 minute walk to get to the BART which will take you straight to downtown Oakland or San Francisco. Kilovolt Cafe and Prescott Market offer great nearby options for coffee, food and drinks within walking distance as well. The neighbors were quiet and we felt safe walking around the area but we did have our rental car stolen from where it was parked one block over.

Perfectly nice basic apartment.

The house is perfect for what advertisers to be. It is a good basic apartment with all the necessary appliances. Two things for a guest to be aware of. There is very limited cookware. If you like to cook you could find yourself short some necessary pieces. Also the shower has a very slippery floor - be careful. But overall I was very happy with the accommodation.
