Experience was mid. Staff were rude, not very personable. The hotel “restaurant” is awful. Didn’t eat there, but not for lack of trying. We sat at a table, realized the menu was basic and the environment was terrible. Stayed at Moxy this last visit to Oakland and had a much better experience. Will definitely be choosing them moving forward

Easily walkable to event. Very modern, smart fridge not smart, no freezer. Nice staff, mostly. Valet expensive but quick. Breakfast food was good but shut down at 9,& ran out before that. Out of coffee too early all days(3). Pricey but thats a corporate decision. Nice view of the city& bay, convenient to freeway.

We don't usually stay at nicer hotels and when we do we're treated like they can smell the lower middle class on us. Not here, everyone was very nice and service was exceptional. Emerson at the front desk was especially kind and helpful.
