Each site is limited to one (1) vehicle only and up to two (2) guests.

Our property offers the perfect blend of convenience, beautiful mountain surroundings, and easy access to year-round adventures.

Offering three fabulous sites, our property is a peaceful and convenient place to relax while exploring the beauty of the Sierra Nevada. Sitting just a few hundred feet higher than downtown, all sites give you a beautiful vantage point to take in the stunning sunsets as they unfold over Oakhurst.

We’ve created a space where you can slow down and unwind. Freshen up in our indoor bathroom and shower facility, cozy up around a fire pit, and soak your cares away in the relaxing two-person hot tub (available in premium site #1 only).

And when you need a little pick-me-up, stop by our coffee bar, conveniently located in the entry/changing area of the restroom and shower facility. A small microwave is also available for light reheating and, of course, making popcorn—popcorn is provided!

Whether you’re passing through or staying a little longer, we hope you’ll feel right at home, enjoy the views and make yourself comfortable. We’d love to have you stay with us!
