Located on 3 acres lot just 15 min drive from Bass Lake, 25 min from South Gate of Yosemite Park and 5 min from all shopping, restaurants and more in Oakhurst.
Whether you are traveling with family or a large group of friends, this big House has everything you need for a relaxing stay and "sleep like a baby", nights.
The plan of the House is unique in its own way. The House has 3 separate units.
In the Main Unit there is an attractive large High Ceiling Great Room, Dining area with open space fully equipped kitchen and a Fireplace. Three cozy Bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the Main Unit together with a Bathroom.
The Second Unit is located on the same floor as the Main Unit. It has 2 BR, a Living/Dining area with fully equipped kitchenette and a Bathroom. Burgundy bedroom has a queen size bed and Blue Bedroom has a full size bed and a tween size bed.
The Third Unit is a downstairs unit and it has 1 BR, a Living/Dining area with fully equipped kitchenette and a Bathroom. There are one tween size bed and one bunk bed in a Bedroom. Living area has king size bed and three sofas-very spacious room. In addition, there is a private patio with outdoor furniture and gated backyard for furry babies.
Enjoy having a breakfast or dinner on the large deck around the house. Or, enjoy the sunsets and a night sky with stars. The deck is large enough even to practice yoga.
All units have Smart TVs, WIFI. All Units are connected by doors to the Main Unit and all have private entrances.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private furnished balcony/patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

Loved our stay here. Spacious home, a bit dated but if you follow the rules you’ll have no issues. We really enjoyed the location, the home, everything was just right for our group. Host was very communicative and easily accessible to answer all our questions.

Ilona is an absolutely stellar Vrbo host who went above and beyond the moment we arrived! With a huge smile, she personally walked us through every corner of her gorgeous home, demonstrating all the clever amenities and little touches that make the place feel like a luxury retreat. Our entire family is over the moon—this has instantly become the perfect gathering spot for our annual reunion tradition. The house itself is stunning, and the massive yard gave all the kids (and the young-at-heart adults) endless space to run wild, play games, and make memories with their cousins. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better home base for our big family getaway. Thank you, Ilona, for making everything so warm, easy, and unforgettable!

Bass Lake Trip

Our trip in general was great, the house fit our large family well. It was close to bass lake and the town with a ton of places to eat, grocery stores, and shopping super close and easy to get to. The house was much older than it looked in the photos. I wish we had been told that the owner didn't want toilet paper flushed due to septic system. That was tough with 12 people and 7 of them being kids. There was only one trash can outside that filled very quickly and we were there only three nights. The check out process was easy and no problem.

Spacious Home in Great Location

3 kitchens, plenty of beds and rooms. There were 10 of us and we had a lot of space to entertain and spread out. Great decks and view.
