The room was spacious and included a sofa plus comfortable bed. Good shower. Staff on the front desk were welcoming and very apologetic, since the wifi was not available until late in the evening of my arrival. Breakfast was very basic and self-service in the entrance hallway. The staff had limited knowledge about local restaurants for evening meals.

Great three night stay. Was obviously a former Travelodge, so spacious rooms and good facilities. Would have liked a power socket nearer the bed for recharging iPad, phone etc. so they could be used as clocks. Great way of providing breakfast - help-yourself cereal/milk/fruit juice/bread to toast/butter/marmalade etc. Good parking, and quiet surroundings. Convenient for Rutland Water and Oakham.

Poor quality hotel. Toilet Door doesn’t shut Old dated and poor quality Bedding was stained, pillow has something gross on it. Food area was right next to our door so not happy with noise.
