Nice pub with rooms - spacious parking, good outdoor space , very nice room in cottage attached to pub. Didn’t have time to stay for breakfast but did take advantage of half price deal on Friday evening food.

The most beautiful place to stay and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Just a few things that I thought needed changing: only one pillow per person and only one bath towel and one other towel in the room. I know there was a heatwave but it’s a beautiful old building with only one small opening window in the rooms so a decent sized fan would have been appreciated (not the tiny one provided) and maybe some bottled water. We did however enjoy our stay and would happily return
