The lake’s been freshly stocked with trout - ready to be hooked! The cabin sits along 300 feet of pristine shoreline and features a spacious wrap‑around porch - perfect for morning coffee or sunset wine.
Spend evenings roasting marshmallows at the lakefront firepit, grilling on the grill and griddle combo, or simply unwinding by the water. Inside, enjoy a thoughtful welcome gift, a gourmet kitchen with a fully stocked coffee and tea bar, and all the comforts of home. With four bedrooms, a loft and three full baths, the cabin comfortably sleeps 14.
Additional highlights include spacious RV parking, Starlink WiFi, and ample supplies for a stress‑free stay. Located just minutes from Canada, the property is close to incredible hiking, championship golf resorts, Amish markets, and charming antique shops, offering the perfect blend of seclusion and nearby adventure.
ATV and snowmobile trails are just a mile away, with ITS 83 nearby right off the Ridge road. We have partnered with the area' premium "toys" dealership, Ride North in Houlton, who will be happy to provide 10% discount and free delivery on their ATV/snowmobile rentals to the property or nearby trail location. Their prices range fron 129 to 1495 from halfday to weekly rentals of ATV quads, side-by-sides and snowmobiles. You can also enjoy snowmobiling, riding and ice fishing right on our lake and our vast property.
