Main Living Area:
On the third floor, you’ll be greeted by a large family room, kitchen, and dining area, all with spectacular ocean views through a set of doors and a bank of windows. The chef’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The large dining table has seating for 12, with seating for another 4 at the kitchen bar. A 75” Smart TV in the family room and 50-inch Smart flat-screen TVs in 4 of the bedrooms ensure there’s plenty of entertainment for everyone. Parking Info:
The Oak Island Town Council has approved paid parking on the island, effective from April 1 through September 30. The hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost is $5 per hour, $20 per day, and $80 per week. Limited (1,000) annual passes are available for purchase for $175. Violations will be issued if the new rules are not followed. Please visit the town's site for details.
Pet Policy:
We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.
Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.
Strictly no cats allowed.
