Reverse floor plan with main living area on upper floor, additional living on 1st floor with wet bar/wine fridge and full-size fridge. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and charcoal grill. This home has great ocean and Intracoastal views, the dock on the waterway has a gazebo, floating dock and fish cleaning station and just a short walk to the beach! Boat launch ten blocks at 56th West beach drive. Deep water so a boat can be moored at all times.
