False Advertising, don’t waste your time.

The conditions of the condo did not match the photos provided. Several electrical outlets appeared to be burned, and some outlet covers came off when our daughters attempted to plug in their devices. When my husband open the balcony door, the blinds attached and fell on his head. Additionally, the floors were worked and uneven, the vents were arrested, the kitchen cabinets were filling paint. These issues raised serious concerns about the safety and overall maintenance of the property

PROPERTY ISSUES

The condo was nice. It needs to update the rust all over. The pool is a mahor health issue. The birds were landing in the water and there no one supervising the pool. Their is no rest rooms so you know they pool is being used as a bathroom. Their were people coming in the pool just parked and were swimming. The gate is a joke. It was nuts! People not even staying their were using the pool. My Sister developed a fungus rash from the unclean pool water!! Their is no one on the premises taking care of the pool supervision or chemical wise. I have stayed at many condos and others in Oak Island and I would never rent hear again.

The unit was not as clean and new as I thought the pictures where old. The silverware knives in particular where rusted. The wind through the front door which is not properly sealed whistled all night as the wind Howling left us sleepless. The view of the ocean was great the 47 stairs up to the room where never mentioned. No elevators. The tv was great could not figure out DVD player. The unit in need of tlc
