Two covered porches with expansive views of the Atlantic, outdoor dining table with seating for eight and dune top deck with built-in seating. Luxury vinyl flooring. Beautifully decorated throughout with a well-equipped kitchen (gas stove, two ovens, wine refrigerator, Keurig). Large kitchen island with seating of four besides the dining table with seating of six. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and Roku TVs. Two oceanfront bedrooms on 1st floor have private accesses to oceanfront deck to enjoy the views. Dogs allowed year round. Built in 2018 and features an elevator for guest use.
