Beautiful view and good location!

This house lived up to it’s name with a perfect view of the beach and ocean. We stayed here for a family/cousins beach trip and had a great time. Being right on the beach and having a pool was awesome. The pool was very refreshing when it got hot, also had an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off. The location was fantastic, right next to the pier and beach. Grocery stores and restaurants not far away either. The upstairs AC went out one day but they luckily responded very quickly and sent someone out that same day to fix it. A few things to note: 1. The beds were unfortunately pretty uncomfortable. They were super bouncy and noisy and the sheets weren’t soft. You also have to make the bed when you arrive as the sheets and towels come packaged in plastic. 2. Know that this house comes VERY bare boned, no toilet paper, paper towels, very little hand soap, no dish soap, trash bags, olive oil, etc. So be prepared to buy all of this, which is not ideal for those flying in and unable to take things home if not used.

We were worried this was too good to be true but this house was exactly as advertised. The town is quaint and quiet and the the views are spectacular. The elevator was a welcome feature for all guests -- not just ones with mobility issues. The management company was very responsive to needs. Super clean and many home comforts were provided (towels, kitchen utensils -- although the pots and pans need an upgrade). This home sits right on the beach and the photos on the site really don't do it justice! One note: I have VERY bad knees and getting in and out of the pool was a challenge because the steps are VERY steep. Also, pool is not heated. It was a little brisk but still enjoyable. We are up for renting this home again that's how pleased we were with it.
