Good location clean home lacking the extras
Overall a good house for a family of six. Pros: Close to the beach, clean home, corner lot, nice home layout. Cons: lacking extras-chairs, umbrellas, anything really is not included where other house are. Also the kitchen is VERY minimally stocked and it was a challenge to cook due to limited cookwear. The kitchen also had none of the basics, I.e salt/pepper, oils, again nothing included.
While we liked there home we would not stay there again because for this price point you expect some of the extras and essentials.

Fantastic views
The house is perfectly situated so that you have view of the ocean as well as the intercoastal waterway. Short, easy walk to the beach access. Outside shower was very helpful when returning from the beach with sandy people and things!

Great house issues upon arriving
The water was turned off at the street when we arrived. The after hours attendant was great. Then we realized there was no internet. The after hours attendant tried to contact the owners with no luck. Hours later he provided us with a hot spot and we had that all week. Very poor internet speed due to that. It would have been nice if the home was 100% ready for guests. As it was it was as if no one was expected to stay except the house was clean and sheets were available. Fail on the homeowner or the rental company?
