Beach view was great and beds were comfortable. Two pieces of furniture broke immediately- a lounge by the pool and a rocker on the front porch. Would suggest working on the outdoor furniture. Also the living could use more lighting.

Great location but needs improvements

Pros: It's a great location close to the beach, park, splash pad, weekly farmer's market, and shopping. Cons: This place needs a deep clean. Our feet were black after walking around. I didn't contact the PM about it because we had young kids and didn't want to be kicked out of the house for the hours needed to deep clean the place. Also, communication with the PM was lacking. The pool was dirty and low. I contacted the PM, but the response time was very slow and no one came out to clean the pool until the afternoon of our last day. At that time, we were informed they needed to shock the pool and repair a leak. We paid extra to have a pool so this was very disappointing.

Perfect House

We had a blast on our stay. Super convenient to the beach, food and park. Very clean and as mentioned. We did have internet issue and the tech came out a few times. He was super nice and helped us with the issue. We will definitely stay again with this reality group.

Summer getaway

We stayed July 2024- house was very clean and as pictured. Lots of room, wonderful pool, and balcony views of beach. Large kitchen well stocked with supplies & with plenty of seating. Beds were comfy. Short walk to beach access where there are bathrooms and spray stations. Short walk to an awesome splash pad and some local shops. Right by a good pizza place.

Pretty house

I booked this big house last minute for just my husband and I to extend our stay in OKI because we were not ready to go back to cold rainy NY. This was my first time with BBR and I must say the house was immaculately clean upon arrival. The house is about 4-5 houses down from beach access and the pool gets sun on it until about 4pm which is super nice. The balconies are great for morning coffees! I truly believe if this house purchased new couches and living room rug it would take this property up a notch. Overall I would 100% book this property again!

Perfect view

It was wonderful and beautiful views of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again. The only thing was the washer machine it has a mildew smell and needs to be cleaned where the rubber part is.
