House was beautiful, spacious and wonderfully decorated. Check-in was easy. Great location for our weekend activities at Middleton Park. We loved the from porch in the mornings for coffee and hanging out. Direct sun in the afternoon, a shade or curtain might be helpful. We loved the large sectional and fireplace. We were disappointed with communication regarding our stay. During week of stay we asked about availability to stay another night and did not hear back. We also messaged about availability of chairs and beach gear and were told that was not available so our packing was tight only to get there and plenty of chairs was available.We were especially disappointed in cleanliness. The master bathroom floor tile was not clean with a lot of hair from previous guests. The body soap and shampoo bottles were empty. For the price, we expected everything to be guest ready.It is a beautiful, bright yet cozy beach home and we enjoyed our stay in Oak Island.

The home itself was gorgeous. We did have a hard time accessing the golf cart. It was as additional fee and it was hard getting in contact with someone to assist us with it.
