Great place

This little house was perfect a short walk to the beach great spot to hang out beds were a little hard and no grill but other than that it was perfect

Not As Pictured. 5 Year Old Photo

Since there were no reviews and the unit was listed as new, we assumed that it was brand new. We were wrong. The new leather sectional was actually old and the "pleather had worn off so bad that they had a Family Dollar throw on both pieces. Stains on deck. Sand on 22 stair steps that I swept off myself. Also, there is a new storage that takes up 1/4 of the floor space below the house. We really needed the extra space shown in the photos. Outside shower had 3 slow streams of pressure. Same for the master bath. Of the 4 televisions, only 1 worked. The whole family had to watch on the master bed. 2 techs looked at the system and could not figure out. Upon arrival the temp in the house was 77 degrees. They had to send a tech as we were moving in and very hot. 7 hours later the temp finally came down to 73. We expected so much more for a $2,300 rental in off peak season. We will not return. Before booking, demand current updated photos showing the dark foot path stains in the master bedroom and all of the exterior. Renter beware!

Clean, Great property

Everything was clean and in good repair. It was only short walk to the beach which was very nice. They were quick and responsive when needed. Oak island is Beautiful. It was a nice stay. We would come back again.
