Lovely open floor plan for the kitchen and dining room with great views of the Ocean. New LPV flooring , large dining and kitchen area and a at home feel in the living-room. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs all complete with ceiling fans and TV's. 2 bedrooms with balcony access and ocean views. A futon provides extra sleeping space in the study off of the family. Enjoy quiet time on the balcony listening to the waves. 2 beach accesses across the street. You will feel right at home and have many wonderful memories of Oak Island staying at Kelly Dawn.
