This vacation rental welcomes up to one dog per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

Two Smart TV's (one-42", one- 32" with DVD and two 32" Smart TVs in guest bedrooms), one VCR, DVD players, and wireless Internet access. Videos, DVDs, CD's, games, puzzles, books, highchair and pack-n-play. Well-stocked kitchen. Porch has marsh and ocean views with deck high table that seats four, pool view one table seats four, two rockers. Convenient location to groceries, restaurants, and shops.

Seasonal Pool:
The Palms pool area also contains one non-heated soaking tub and one heated soaking tub. Neither tub has jets. The pool area is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Vacay 2024

We stayed here with friends summer of 2023 and we loved it so much we wanted to stay in the same area summer 2024. Somehow I booked the same condo and we loved it!! This property is close to a lot on Oak Island, close to the beach, the condo was so clean, we LOVE the pool, everyone that we have seen there is very nice and welcoming.

great spot EXCEPT none of the TV cables were working.

There were a handful of dirty dishes in the cupboard. Overall, it was fantastic. We would definitely go there again. Quiet, clean, overall. good space for 5 people. Well-stocked kitchen. TV cables not working (a definite minus).
