The Seed is inspired by nature in design, its rooted in a calm residential area in downtown Oak Hill WV. Only 12 miles drive to New River Gorge National park. The space is simple and functional with its open layout. It's a charming, vibrant and inviting space. Play the guitar or learn...read some books, gander at the plants and art. Custom touches of hand made wooden tables and shelves are some of my favorite projects. We are very excited to host our guests! Welcome one and all.

Great Stay for a New River Gorge TripWe really enjoyed our time at this Oak Hill rental while visiting New River Gorge National Park. The place was spotlessly clean and well taken care of, which we always appreciate after a day out on the trails.It was also very well stocked — we had everything we needed without having to make extra trips to the store, which was a nice touch. The location worked out great for getting to and from the park each day.The host’s restaurant recommendations were spot on. We tried both The Secret Sandwich Society and Pies and Pints, and both were excellent. We also really appreciated the gift card — a thoughtful and unexpected bonus.Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We’d definitely come back on our next visit to the area.

Very cute place! Has everything you need for a get away. Cozy and fun little house. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is not far from New river Gorge. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a house. Adam was great and answered any questions we had.

Small Town West Virginia Stay

This home is located in the small town of Oak Hill, a perfect location close to many attractions. It was a short distance to Summersville Lake and the New River Gorge. The house was charming and comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided. Our host Adam was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Cozy and Warm Home

Adam's house in Oak Hill was such a great find for our family to spend a long weekend exploring the New River Gorge area! The home is well-updated, with so many warm and beautiful touches. Everything was there that we needed, and the size was perfect for a family of four. Definitely would recommend that you stay here!

Trip to New River Gorge

My husband and I spent the weekend hiking and relaxing and truly enjoyed staying in this charming cottage in Oak Hill. The listing was spot-on. The place was small but well stocked with everything we needed and the host was very responsive to my texts with recommendations on restaurants and hiking trails we might like. Loved it!

House was quaint and in a quiet neighborhood, but i really loved the town!! Such a strong sense of community and you will enjoy searching for all the bear statues at various buildings around town!! Host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Would absolutely love ro come back some day!!!

Great Place & Close to the New River Gorge

We had a great stay in this house! It was conveniently located. Within 15 - 20 min we could be at most climbing areas, hikes, and restaurants. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The host was kind and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!
